- My name is Nicole and my family and I live in the western suburbs of Philadelphia. I am the mom of two amazing boys, Jakob (5) and Owen (3) and am married to the man of my dreams, Weston. My children are the soul of me, and keep me going through the most joyous and most heart wrenching moments in life. They truly give me purpose. Weston and I have chosen to take the increasingly common route of using fertility specialists and their methods to help us have our first child together. Thankfully after months of trying, we've had the outcome that we've dreamed of- Pregnancy...Multiplied.
